Port your number out of GorgiasUpdated a month ago

If you want to port your number out of Gorgias instead of in, it's a straightforward process mostly on the side of your new provider.


1. Submit the porting request on your new provider's side.

2. They'll let you know what information they need - in some cases they need a PIN and CSR (customer record) which we can help provide as it's on Twilio's side and, if not, the submission will be complete.

3. On our side, Twilio will then ask us if we approve the porting out process, which we will.

4. Once we approve the transfer, everything else is in your new provider's hands and must be handled on their end.

The new provider will notify you of the porting date and any additional information they need.
