When you integrate Shopify or Recharge into Gorgias, you'll automatically have access to all integration-related Actions we have for that platform - you'll see them under the reply box when you go to create a new Macro.

Shopify Actions

You have access to these Shopify Actions that can be added to your Macros:

• Cancel last order
• Cancel order
• Duplicate last order
• Edit last order's shipping address
• Refund last order's shipping cost
• Refund last order
• Partially refund last order
• Edit last order's note

You can also create Shopify gift cards that can be included in Macros.

Recharge Actions

You have access to these Recharge Actions that can be added to your Macros:

• Cancel their last subscription
• Activate their last subscription
• Refund the latest charge
• Refund the latest order
