How do I install Gorgias Chat on my BigCommerce store?

You will want to follow the custom installation instructions that can be found here.

Why are there no order tracking links in the ticket widget?

Tracking links for BigCommerce orders can't be pulled into Gorgias yet - please submit some product feedback on our Roadmap.

Can I connect more than one BigCommerce store to the same account?

No - Gorgias is installed on a certain store by BigCommerce and we only sync all the data from that store. If the account has multiple stores, the installation process will have to be done on each store individually.
