Integrate BigCommerceUpdated a month ago
You'll need to have Admin user permissions in both BigCommerce and in Gorgias to integrate BigCommerce with Gorgias.
1. Open the Gorgias app in BigCommerce.
2. Click Install.
3. Enter your Gorgias subdomain.
4. Click Find my account.
You'll be redirected to Gorgias and see the sync banner. You can safely navigate away from this page at any time - an email will be sent to you once the sync is complete.
