Add and remove users from a teamUpdated 8 months ago

You can add the same user to more than one team. Also, if you remove a user from a team, it won't delete their user profile - they need to be deleted from the Users section.

Steps

Add a user to a team

1. Go to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Teams.

2. Click the team you want to add a user to. 

3. Click Add team member in the top right.

4. Select the team member you want to add from the dropdown menu.

Remove a user from a team

1. Go to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Teams.

2. Click the team you want to remove a user from. 

3. Click the red trash icon to the right of the user's name.
