Article Recommendation in EmailUpdated a month ago
You can help your shoppers find answers to their questions in your Gorgias Help Center. The Rule will scan your customer's question for keywords and then auto-reply with a relevant article from your Help Center that can contain the answer to their question.
Once installed, you can further customize the Rule by:
- Choosing the Help Center integration it should be tied to
- Excluding email addresses that shouldn't receive this auto-reply
- Changing the body of the message above the recommended article preview
- Changing the body of the message below the recommended article preview
