If you have a phone number you want to keep and porting isn't an option for you, you can set up call forwarding - this requires you to create a new phone number in Gorgias and forward calls to it. 

You can currently only create phone numbers for the following countries:

• US
• Canada
• UK
• France
• Australia
• Germany
• New Zealand

To set up call forwarding, contact your current service provider and arrange for all calls to be forwarded to your new Gorgias phone number.

Forwarding and/or international call charges may apply - contact your provider for more information.
