How to upgrade your AI Agent subscriptionUpdated 3 hours ago

If you signed up for a Gorgias account prior to May 28, 2025 and you’ve subscribed to AI Agent, you have the option to upgrade your subscription to unlock additional AI Agent features, including Shopping Assistant skills and opportunities.

If you signed up for Gorgias after May 28, 2025, these features are already included in your AI Agent subscription.

In this article, you’ll learn how to upgrade your AI Agent subscription to access new features. If you don’t currently subscribe to AI Agent, visit the Billing & usage page to subscribe.

Requirements

• You must have an Admin to Account Owner role to complete the upgrade

Additional AI Agent features

• Shopping Assistant: proactively engage shoppers in conversations at key moments while they browse your website. Let AI Agent make personalized product recommendations, intelligently upsell based on shoppers’ carts, and offer discounts according to your shoppers’ buying intent.
• Opportunities: review and act upon recommendations to improve your AI Agent so that it can handle more conversations, and successfully resolve cases like your human agents.

Upgrade your AI Agent subscription

When you upgrade your subscription, you agree to updated pricing, as well as updated terms outlined in Gorgias’s Subscription Agreement.

1. From the main menu, go to AI Agent, then click Shopping Assistant.
2. Select Upgrade Now.
3. Select the checkbox to confirm that you agree to updated pricing and terms, then click on Upgrade AI Agent
