Gorgias Webinars are here to help you get the most out of our platform!

These consist of video content and live questions with our team. During the webinars we will be on-hand to answer any questions you or other attendees have. We may also include guest speakers, interviews, polls or quiz.

Live or on-demand

Live

Live sessions are hosted every 2 weeks and scheduled to suite both Northern and Southern hemisphere time zones. These include a combination of video content, live demonstrations and Q&A from attendees. A recording of the session will be sent out to all registrants - including those who didn't attend.

On-demand

Recordings of previous webinars are also available on-demand. Simply register and we'll email you a link to view the recording. This can be rewatched any time.

The Gorgias Onboarding for Support Teams webinar covers all important features for the day-to-day users and best tips and practices for support in general.
