Convert Statistics 101Updated 17 days ago

To understand how your campaigns are performing, navigate to Statistics -> Convert -> Campaigns.

From there, you will be able to track your campaigns and conversion, as well as campaign revenue, total revenue, etc.

The revenue attribution model that we use is based on one of the following:

  1. A discount code was sent through a campaign and the discount code was redeemed. 
  2. A product recommendation was sent through a campaign, the product was added to the cart and the order was finished.
  3. A product recommendation was sent through a campaign, the product was clicked and a follow-up order containing the product was finished.
  4. A link from a campaign was clicked and an order was placed within 24 hours.
  5. A ticket was created from a campaign and an order was placed within 5 days.
