This page will show you a table with agent names, their current status and how long they've been online, how many tickets they closed so far, how many sent messages, how many open tickets they're assigned to at the moment, and those are divided then into corresponding channels as well.


An agent will be considered online if:

  • They haven't closed their last Gorgias tab for 15 minutes
  • They haven't been inactive for more than 10 minutes (performed any type of action inside Gorgias in the last 10 min: regarding tickets, stats, settings, being on call, etc.)

This is measured with a 5-minute granularity (we're checking every 5 minutes if the agent is online or not) and reflected in your Live Statistics.
