Return Flow with Loop ReturnsUpdated 15 days ago

Automation features like Order Management are only available for accounts with an active AI Agent subscription.

You can connect your Loop Returns integration with the Return Order option in Order Management.

When your shoppers are using the Return an order option in your Chat, Help Center, or Contact Form and you have Loop Returns connected to the Flow, they'll be redirected to the Loop Returns portal as soon as they click the Return button on the next page.


Shopper experience

Chat

1. The customer accesses the Track and manage my orders section in your Chat.

2. They select Return an order.

3. Once they choose the order they want to return on the next page, they click on Return and are redirected to the Loop Returns portal, where they'll already be logged in and have a preview of their orders so they can pick the one they want to return.

Help Center

1. The visitor clicks on the Return option at the top of the Help Center.

2. They pick the order they want to return.

3. Once they click Return there, they're once again on the Loop Returns portal where they'll already be logged in and have a preview of their orders so they can pick the one they want to return.


How to connect

  • Go to Settings, then select My Apps.
  • Search for Loop Returns and connect it. You can find more info here.
  • After connecting, open the dropdown menu in the top-left corner, then select routeWorkflows.
  • In the menu, locate Tools, then select Order management.
  • Click Return Method.
  • Select Loop Returns as your new return method.
