Set up a return flow with Order ManagementUpdated 25 days ago
The Return Order option allows customers to submit a request to return an order or specific items from an order. The order information is pulled directly from Shopify.
If you have integration with Loop Returns, you can also set up your Return Order flow to send shoppers directly to your Loop Returns portal.
Set up a return order flow
- Go to Settings > Order Management
- If you have more than one ecommerce store connected to Gorgias, use the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner to switch between stores
- Select Return Order
- Use the dropdown menu to select an Eligibility window for returning orders
- The eligibility window is a condition that an order must meet in order for the customer to initiate a return through Order Management
- Select either Order Created or Order Delivered, then choose a number of days since the event that you'll accept a return
- Select a Return method
- Automated response: write a custom reply message to automatically respond to return requests. If a return is valid, your team can then approve and process their return
- Loop Returns: if your team uses Loop Returns to manage returns, you can choose this option to send shoppers directly to your Loop Returns portal
- Select Save Changes
