Create a Gorgias helpdeskUpdated 3 hours ago
Gorgias is a customer support platform for ecommerce brands, designed to help you manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, social media, and phone & SMS. It brings your customer conversations into a single platform, connects with your ecommerce store, and helps teams scale their support offerings through AI and automations.
Sign up for Gorgias
Your helpdesk lives at a custom subdomain (for example yourbrand.gorgias.com). To get started, you’ll need to create an account and choose a plan.
When you create a Gorgias helpdesk, you’ll be granted the role of account owner. This is the most powerful administrative role in Gorgias, which means that only you will be able to delete the helpdesk or transfer ownership to someone else.
- In a web browser, navigate to gorgias.com and click Sign up free in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address, full name, and choose a password, then click Next.
- Enter your store name and choose a subdomain for your helpdesk — this will be the URL your team uses to log in every day.
- Select your ecommerce platform.
- Check your email for a verification link.
- Click the link to verify your account.
- Welcome to Gorgias! Your 7-day free trial begins immediately. Once the trial ends, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan to keep your helpdesk active.
Any set up you complete during the trial will be preserved until you upgrade to a paid plan. If you decide not to upgrade, we’ll permanently delete your account and its data after 90 days.
Trial-period limitations
For security reasons, the following limitations will apply to your account during the trial-period:
- You can send a maximum of 10 outbound email ticket messages. This includes sending new outbound tickets and replies to inbound tickets.
- You can receive a maximum of 100 inbound tickets
- You cannot create a help center.
