Your customers are presented as profiles with all their contact information and records of their contacts - the Customers page shows a list of all the customers in your account.
These profiles are created by the following methods:
- Imported - Customers are imported from an integration (like after integrating Shopify)
- Created manually - Customer profiles are created manually by agents
- Created automatically - Customers who contact your Support team (and have a ticket created in Gorgias) will have a profile automatically created for them if an existing one can't be found
Customers can't be imported manually via CSV, Google Sheet, or Excel file.
Steps
View all customers
1. Click on the tab in the top left.
2. Choose Customers.
Search for customers
1. Click on Search in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Customers tab.
3. Search for your customers by their first name, last name, or email address.
