When you integrate Shopify or Recharge into Gorgias, you'll get access to a number of related actions that you can use in your macros to automate common solutions to customer inquiries. Create a macro with a Shopify or Recharge action to get started.
Shopify Actions
You have access to these Shopify Actions that can be added to your macros:
- Cancel last order
- Cancel order
- Duplicate last order
- Edit last order's shipping address
- Refund last order's shipping cost
- Refund last order
- Partially refund last order
- Edit last order's note
You can also create Shopify gift cards to include them in macros.
Note: If you have multiple Shopify stores integrated with Gorgias, some Shopify actions can fail if a customer has profile data in more than one of your integrated stores.
Recharge Actions
You have access to these Recharge Actions that can be added to your macros:
- Cancel their last subscription
- Activate their last subscription
- Refund the latest charge
- Refund the latest order
