Teams 101

Once you've added your colleagues as users, you can then add them to relevant groups of users - teams - as well. Teams are a great way to make sure that the right tickets are going to the right group of people - this is especially useful in multi-bra

Create a team

1. Navigate to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Teams. 2. Click on the Create Team button. 3. Select an emoji, write a name and description, and select the users you want to add to the team (the emoji and description are optional). 4. Click on the Create

Delete a team

1. Navigate to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Teams. 2. Click on the team you want to delete. 3. Go to the Settings tab. 4. Click on Delete Team and Confirm.
