The SMS Add-on is a supplementary subscription for Gorgias account holders. This subscription gives you access to the Gorgias SMS channel, allowing you to send and receive customer messages directly in your helpdesk.
When customers send an SMS to your store, you'll automatically be able to see their e-commerce history, past conversations, and other integration data.
SMS tickets aren't counted towards your regular ticket limit, but are being allocated to their dedicated SMS Add-on limits instead.
If a response is sent to an SMS ticket after 3 days of inactivity, it'll create a new billable ticket.
