Steps
1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Find Klaus on the list.
3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.
4. Add your Gorgias subdomain and Authorize the app.
5. Select the retention period for your data and we'll start syncing conversations from your Gorgias account.
If you want to connect more than one instance of Gorgias or another software, you can do that in Account Settings -> Connections once you enter Klaus.
When connecting Gorgias, you can also have additional security options that allow you to stop specific information and conversations from being synced with Klaus.
