You can use a Test mode to make sure your Automate workflows are working as intended without being billed for automated interactions. Test mode can be used to verify Flows, Article Recommendations and Order Management features.
Train your Article Recommendations
When you enable Article Recommendation in Chat, Gorgias' AI automatically recommends articles from your Help Center to answer shopper's questions. You can Train the AI to improve its recommendations and help you find gaps in your Help Center content.
