Setup steps

  1. From your Syncly account navigate to Settings > Integration and select Gorgias from the list of apps.
  2. Input your Gorgias subdomain
  3. Click Approve Unauthorized App within the new window.
  4. An HTTP integration will be created on your store.
  5. Once the app is added, you can choose the initial import by selecting the desired timeframe,  you can repeat the process with a different date range if needed. The maximum duration is 90 days.
  6. The app will commence an import which will import your tickets and segment them within the app itself.

How it works

Once the import is completed, the portion of the tickets together will be present within your dashboard:

By clicking the Open button, you will be able to open a ticket and check the summary:

Opening a ticket will grant you the summary of the ticket, together with the synced data consisting of data such as Agent name, ticket tag, and sentiment source (Gorgias).

The dashboard itself will present the total number of imported tickets, presented as the number of feedbacks, together with the number of sentiments:


  • Note that only one Gorgias account can be connected to each Syncly workspace.
